Roger J Southam BSc (Hons) FRICS
Roger Southam is a man of many parts - he sets himself apart with his drive, commitment, integrity sense of humour and mental agility.
He started his own property company in 1989 and his success is derived from his ability to take an overview in situations and dive into detail when necessary.
He has a detailed knowledge of shopping and housing in the UK. His unique perspective on asset management is utilised in producing profits for investors. Roger is a neuro linguistic programming (NLP) business master practitioner and his training in NLP and high performance coaching have expanded and enhanced his awareness and ability to help others.
He has held highly responsible positions in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and sits on committees for the British Property Federation and HM Revenue and Customs. He is also Chairman of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT), the industry charity that supports young people into surveying careers and a member of the Property Board of Asset Skills. He writes newspaper columns and has appeared on ITV1's House Price Challenge. He regularly speaks on a wide range of topics, having contributed to the Institute of Directors Red Tape survey and the Governments Hampton review on regulation.
