About Roger

Roger J Southam is a licensed practitioner with the Society of NLP. He trained under NLP founder, Richard Bandler, and two of the most respected Master Practitioners, Paul McKenna and Michael Breen. Roger’s clients range from senior executives to new recruits and from retired professionals to new parents.

Roger is also the founder and chairman of the property management company, Chainbow. Among his professional achievements are: Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS), Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), Junior Warden for The Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors (City of London Livery) and former chairman of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (2005-2010).

He is also a regular panellist for industry focused groups for RICS, British Property Federation, Bank of England, HM Revenue & Customs, Department of Communities and Local Government... to name but a few

Roger has been a columnist for London newspapers and Industry publications. He has also made several guest appearances on BBC1, ITV1, Channel 4, Sky, Radio 4 and Radio 5 Live.
