Roger Southam made me see that I was making a big general problem from a small specific issue. Making me laugh at it was brilliant. Identification of resources was excellent and to the point. It is easy sitting with him and very comfortable looking at these things. The conclusion and next step was easy and obvious. If we hadn't done the session I would be where we started. A big thank you.

I came to Roger with an issue. I had just walked out of a high-profile position with a very successful firm after a week’s work. After the week at work, I was left with a gamut of emotions including confusion, embarrassment, failure, uncertainty, shame but somehow, relief.
I had several options: to go back and give them another go, to walk completely away or to begin the (often) lengthy process of finding another position.
In less than three hours Roger enabled me to stop my self-chastisement and get some clarity around the issues and the decision I had to make. We went through a number of processes that allowed me to see why I had walked away, what the real crux of the problem was and what the next steps were.

Going through a very tough time at work made me question my whole ability and what I'd actually achieved over the past 20 years. Roger dissolved those doubts in minutes and showed me how to get what I wanted in simple steps. The obstacles I had created were in fact not obstacles at all. Without Roger's help I would have gone and hidden in a corner somewhere. Now I know I'll do better than I've ever done before.
